Yes , all our platters are customizable. You can select the size, preferred ingredients, and tray material during checkout. We also accommodate personal notes and gifting options.
Are your ingredients fresh?
Always. We hand-select gourmet cheeses, premium cold cuts, and seasonal accompaniments without preservatives or additives. Everything is made to order.
Are your platters suitable for gifting?
Absolutely. Each platter arrives elegantly arranged and sealed. You can include a custom card or message during checkout — perfect for birthdays, thank-yous, or corporate gifting.
Do you deliver outside Cairo?
We currently deliver within Cairo and select nearby areas. We’re working on expanding soon — follow us on Instagram to be the first to know.

Do you offer vegetarian options?
Yes, we offer vegetarian platters with a gourmet mix of cheeses, fruits, nuts, honey, and artisan crackers. Just select the vegetarian option when ordering or mention it in the notes.
How do I store my platter if I’m not serving it right away?
Our platters are best enjoyed fresh, but if needed, refrigerate them upon arrival. Remove them 20–30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to bloom.
Do your platters contain allergens?
Yes — our platters may contain common allergens such as dairy, nuts, gluten, and cured meats. If you have specific allergies or dietary restrictions, please mention them in the order notes or contact us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs or suggest a suitable alternative.
When should I place my order?
To ensure the freshest ingredients and a flawless presentation, we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance. For urgent requests, feel free to contact us — we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
